Pretty In Pink at Elisabeth Bell's World!

Wow, the months are whistling by at a fast rate aren't they. Only 4 more months till Xmas. So with it being the 25th, it's time for a new Challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World. This month we want to see lots of Pink as our theme is Pretty in Pink. We are sponsored by Elphine House which have the most adorable Elisabeth Bell stamps.

I decided to use the newest Elisabeth Bell digi image - Reading Buddies and made a corner book mark. I coloured the image in with tria markers, then used papers that I found in my scrap stash. I die cut out the image and inked around it with distress ink. I die cut out the pennant and added the twine and buttons!
I hope that you can join us this month at Elisabeth Bell's World as there are fabulous prizes up for grabs as always!

Summer Fun at Craft Your Passion!

Time for a new challenge at Craft Your Passion and this week it's all about Summer Fun! So we want to see your fun, summery cards! We are sponsored by Stitchy Bear Stamps and we were lucky enough to be able to create with some of their images.

I coloured the image in with tria markers. The papers were from my scrap stash, then I die cut the pennants and added the buttons and twine. Quite simple really. I hope that you can join us this week at Craft Your Passion.

Sketch 72 Sponsored by Lacy Sunshine!

Time for a new challenge at Seems a Little Sketchy and this week we are sponsored by

Here is our sketch
and here is my take on the sketch

The only thing I really changed from the sketch was put the raffia behind the paper so that you could read the words. I used Eleanor Pickles and Tilly and coloured them in with tria markers. (I actually used a few colours I have never used and am wondering why? lol) The papers are all from Nit Wit which I got ages ago free with a cardmaking magazine. I finished it off with the buttons!
I hope that you can join us this fortnight at Seems a Little Sketchy!

Exciting things are abuzz and today is no exception... It is that time of the month where we get to introduce a new Elisabeth Bell Digi image. If you arrived from Linda's blog then you are definitely supposed to be here but if not then head on over to The Digi Bell's blog  to find where you are supposed to be. READING BUDDIES
Now you may or may not recognize this sweet girl and her teddy as she was once released through SCACD but now she is in digi form at available right now from Elisabeth Bell's digi collection.
I coloured Reading Buddies in with tria markers then found all these fab papers already cut and punched
(another recycled card I think :). I then just added all the buttons and the sentiment!
That is it from me so now it's time for you to hop over to Mary Lou's blog
Enjoy the rest of the hop!!! Be sure to comment on everyone's blog because as always you can win this sweet digi.

A Tasty Read!

It is my turn to post on The Digi Bell's blog and today I decided to make a bookmark  using one of Elisabeth Bell's digi's - A Tasty Read which is available from Elisabeth Bell's digital collection.
I actually had all these little scraps lying around so decided to use them for this bookmark.... I actually think I had used them for another card but didn't really like it so decided to recycle all the papers. I coloured the image in with tria markers, then just added a couple of buttons and the pearl in the flower.
Be sure to come back tomorrow as we have a sweet new digi to introduce to you with our monthly Digi Bell's Blog.

Sketch 71 at Seems a Little Sketchy!

A new challenge has begun at Seems a Little Sketchy which will be running for the next two weeks. We are sponsored by

This is our sketch

and here is my take on the sketch
My wonderful friend Sam bought me this fab Sugar and Spice Studio paper pad which is all things Paris which I absolutely love so decided it would be the backdrop to the QKR image Air mail. I coloured the image in with tria markers and all the papers are from the above mentioned paper pad. I stamped the Eiffel Tower onto paper from the paper pad as well, then just added the ribbon and button (which accidentally moved when I took the photo) I have moved the sketch around a bit but all the elements are there.
I hope that you can join us this fortnight at Seems a Little Sketchy.

I coloured the image in with tria markers then fussy cut it. Inked around the edge of the card with  squeezed lemonade distress ink, then just added the buttons and the Polka Doodles Sentiment..
I hope that you can join us this week at Craft your Passion.

and were lucky enough to create with this fabulous image
I coloured the image in using tria markers. I added kindyglitz to parts of the image and crystal effects to the windows and window in the door.I also 3d'd a few parts of the image. I then just added the twine and buttons. I hope that you can join us this week at Craft Your Passion

Rachel, Little Angel

It is my turn to post on the Digi Bell's blog and I have for you a card using the adorable Rachel, Little Angel from Elisabeth Bell's digi collection. I haven't coloured her up for ages so decided it was time....
I coloured  Rachel, Little Angel in with tria markers, in my favourite two colours. I was sitting here wondering what to do so came up with this design of punching out the different sized peony circles and just adding the buttons. I also inked around the edge of the base card.
Pretty simple really!
Thanks for stopping by!
