Little Friends!

It is my turn to post over on The Digi Bell's Blog today... It certainly has been an Elisabeth Bell bonanza with the release of her new digi and the new challenge that started at Elisabeth Bell's World..
Today I have used "Little Friends".
Wasn't sure how this would turn out  but I love it.... Simple but beautiful I think... I used a border punch for the bottom of the card, then just added the flower and the buttons.
Sorry for the short post, we celebrated Christmas in July here at my house today so I have my mum here.
Thanks for stopping by.. be sure to join the blog hop if you haven't already over at The Digi Bell's and join us also at Elisabeth Bell's World for our Christmas in July challenge!

Christmas in July at Elisabeth Bell's World!!

Time for a new challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World and this month we want to see your Christmas in July creations. We celebrate Christmas in July every year and have done for I think 6 years now... Back then I decided that my boys birthdays are so close to Christmas and they get so many presents around that time that I wanted to break it up.. so I spend half as much as I would at Christmas and then spend the rest now for things that they may need.. We put up the Christmas tree and a few decorations and have a proper Christmas lunch. My mum joins us and we have a lovely day...
So back to the challenge... Here is the card I created
I coloured this adorable little boy in with tria markers and added some kindyglitz to his stocking.  I inked up the Papertrey ink tree and baubles and added kindyglitz and crystal effects. I inked around the sentiment , then just added some embellishments!.. This image was once released through Belle's n Whistles.  I hope that you join us this month using any Elisabeth Bell image..

Digi Bell's July Blog Hop featuring the newest addition to Elisabeth Bell's digi collection!

It is that time again at the Digi Bell's when we get to have a little fun with you, sharing our creations with the newest Elisabeth Bell digi.So let's hop to it... I am the last stop on the hop so by now you have been inspired by all the talented DT creations. If you are a little lost head back to the Digi Bell's blog where you will find a blog hop line up. If you have just hopped over from Valou's blog then you are on the right track. So as I am the last stop there is no need to introduce you to the newest digi so here is my creation using the adorable
Colouring Cutie
I decided to get a little bit creative with this one and even though it'not fancy, I love the way it turned out. I really was not sure what do with this card as my embellishments need replenishing so I decided to go to the kids craft cupboard and decided to add real crayons to my card.... I coloured Colouring Cutie in with tria markers, then added the pegs, buttons and ribbon...
I hope that you will join us this week for this fabulous hop.. As I am the last stop be sure to head back to the Digi Bell's blog to leave a comment for your chance to win this sweet image.. She is now available at Elisabeth Bell's digi collection if you can't wait..

Get Messy with Ink and Paint at Southern Girls Challenge!

Excuse me for my tardiness (again) but I thought this challenge started this week not last so I apologise for this being so late.
A new challenge has started at Southern Girls challenge and this week we want to see ink or paint on your creations.
We have two sponsors this fortnight

The Paper Doll

I used Sweet Sai the Fairy from Oddball stamps. I coloured her with tria markers and added kindyglitz to her wings and added some twinkling H2O's to her hair as well as all the hearts on the paper. I placed her on the green card stock so that she stood out from the background. I inked around the edges of the green base cardstock and the heart paper... I then added the die cut hanging hearts and finished it off with rhinestones...
I hope that you will join us this fortnight at Southern Girls challenge.

Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion!

Good evening, afternoon or morning depending on where you are in the world... A new week has started as has the challenge at Craft Your Passion. We are sponsored by

Deedee's Digis

I made a CAS card using a freebie from Deedee's digis.

I used the pre-coloured ribbons which I stuck on foam dots then put crystal effects on them. And I just printed the words. Like I said CAS.. not the best card I've made so I am sorry about that....
I hope that you will join us this week at Craft Your Passion

Zoe Butterfly at The Digi Bell's!

I am back after taking a couple of weeks away from card making and blogging due to my children being on school holidays.... We went on a road trip to visit friends and family interstate and as much as we enjoyed our time, it went way too quick.
So it is my turn to share a card over on the Digi Bells' blog and I have just made a CAS card using Zoe Butterfly which I got as a freebie when I signed up to Elisabeth Bell's creative ebook.
I coloured Zoe Butterfly in with tria markers, then just added buttons and the die cut Happy Birthday. A nice easy one to ease me back into creating..... There is always lots of inspiration over on The Digi Bell's blog so be sure to stop by often...

Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion!

Well I should be somewhere in the Blue Mountains as you read this if our trip has gone to plan...
It is time for a new challenge at Craft Your Passion and we are sponsored by
Doodle Pantry
As you know I have been having printer issues so was unable to print out anything to make a card so I made a digital card using the Sock Monkey pack.
Most of the elements are from the Sock Monkey pack from Doodle pantry but I added the buttons which were from a pack from Polka Doodles just to fill the gaps....
That's it... I hope that you can join us this week at Craft Your Passion
